We offer a seamless return experience for unworn, unwashed items with original tags and security seals intact within 30 days of purchase. Please note that certain exclusive collections and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original designer packaging, ensuring all Hervé Léger hangtags and security ribbons are still attached.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receipt.
